Where are AES Environmental cabinets manufactured?

All biological safety cabinets and lab equipment delivered to UK customers are designed and manufactured in the UK, ensuring fast lead times, ongoing support, and full compliance with UL-listed processes. Our air filtration products meet UK cleanroom and lab-grade expectations, providing both excellence and convenience.

What is the lead time for a cabinet to be manufactured?

All our cabinets are made to order and we provide an estimate lead-time on our quotation, the lead-time is then confirmed at placement of order.

Can a cabinet be custom made to suit my needs?

Yes. AES has significant experience in the delivery of projects that have stringent requirements and our engineering team enjoy the challenge that bespoke manufacturing delivers. As manufacturers we are able to include the customer in the full process, from concept to project delivery and those customers are welcome to visit their project at any stage. Please feel free to discuss your requirements with our sales team.

Can AES Environmental install and commission my cabinet?

Yes. Our service division has operations in most Australian states and territories and relies on qualified partners for other geographical locations. Each team is capable of providing on-site installation and ILAC-MRA certification. The cost will vary depending on the type of cabinet and the location, this cost will be outlined as an additional line item on your quotation.

What is the warranty period on my new cabinet?

Our warranty is 2 years from date of commissioning, not extending to consumable items.

How can I check whether I am buying the right cabinet for my needs?

AES Environmental has an extensive operating history within Australia and with it a wealth of experience. We began producing Laminar products in the 1960’s, and first obtained NATA accreditation in 1974, that’s over 50 years of operation within this market. Our BSC’s and other Laminar Flow products are manufactured in the UK, including our HEPA filters. As a result, AES’ customers can be assured that the products we produce are in accordance with local standards and our customers’ are able to contact one of our offices to draw on that vast knowledge and assist with any selection queries.

Does AES Environmental offer service and repair?

Yes. By applying International Standards, our service team can provide ILAC-MRA certification to all models of Biological Safety Cabinet, Laminar flow and Cytotoxic Drug Safety Cabinet. Our factory can produce a range of parts for all Email, Clyde, Gelman, CCL and AES brand cabinets along with HEPA filters to suit any other manufacturer.
